Welcome to Diamonds & Dingers. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, services, custom ordering services, and purchases.

By visiting our website, placing an order, submitting payment, approving a custom design, or otherwise purchasing from Diamonds & Dingers, you agree to these Terms.

Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Terms

Diamonds & Dingers provides apparel, accessories, spirit wear, custom merchandise, personalized products, team merchandise, and related products and services.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service or cancel an order when reasonably necessary

• Limit quantities

• Correct pricing, product descriptions, or typographical errors

• Discontinue or modify products without notice

• Update these Terms when necessary

Any cancellation by Diamonds & Dingers will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Refund & Return Policy.

2. Orders

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when placing an order.

This includes:

• Customer name and contact information

• Shipping or pickup information

• Product selections

• Sizes

• Colors

• Quantities

• Names and numbers

• Team information

• Personalization details

• Any other requested customization

Please review your order carefully before submitting payment or approving production.

3. Custom & Personalized Orders

Many Diamonds & Dingers products are custom or personalized.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization information before approving an order.

This includes spelling, names, numbers, colors, sizes, quantities, placement, and design details.

Once a custom design has been approved and/or production has begun, changes may not be possible.

Custom and personalized merchandise is generally FINAL SALE, except when required by applicable law or when an item is defective or Diamonds & Dingers made an error.

4. Mockups & Design Approval

Digital mockups may be provided to show the general appearance of custom merchandise.

Mockups are visual representations and may not perfectly represent the finished product.

Actual colors, placement, scale, print appearance, embroidery, rhinestones, sequins, materials, or other design elements may vary slightly because of:

• Screen and monitor settings

• Garment sizes

• Printing methods

• Manufacturing processes

• Material availability

• Production requirements

By approving a mockup, the customer confirms that the design details shown are acceptable.

Customers should carefully review all spelling, names, numbers, logos, colors, and other personalization before approval.

Diamonds & Dingers is not responsible for customer-approved errors.

5. Team & Bulk Orders

Team, organization, school, and bulk orders may require a designated representative to submit or approve information.

When one person places or approves an order on behalf of a team, organization, school, or group, that individual represents that they are authorized to do so.

The customer or designated representative is responsible for verifying:

• Rosters

• Names

• Numbers

• Sizes

• Quantities

• Customization

• Design approvals

Production may begin after the ordering deadline or once required payment and approvals have been received.

Changes may not be accepted after the order has entered production.

6. Preorders

Preorder products are items that may not be immediately available and may be ordered or produced after customer orders are collected.

Estimated arrival and turnaround dates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically stated otherwise.

Preorders may experience delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Diamonds & Dingers.

Once a preorder has been submitted to the supplier or entered production, cancellation may not be available.

7. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times provided by Diamonds & Dingers are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

Turnaround time may vary depending on:

• Order volume

• Product availability

• Supplier availability

• Customization

• Production schedules

• Shipping carrier delays

• Weather

• Holidays

• Customs

• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

Customers placing orders for games, tournaments, birthdays, holidays, school events, or other specific dates should order as early as possible.

8. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing is accurate. If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, Diamonds & Dingers may contact the customer to correct the order or cancel the affected transaction and issue any refund required.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added at checkout or invoiced separately.

9. Payment

Payment is required according to the terms presented at checkout, on the invoice, or in the applicable custom-order agreement.

Custom, personalized, preorder, and team merchandise may require full payment before production begins.

Orders are not considered confirmed until required payment has been received.

Customers agree to provide current and accurate billing and payment information.

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe there is a problem with an order, please contact Diamonds & Dingers first so we have an opportunity to address the issue.

Submitting a payment dispute does not change the terms applicable to custom, personalized, or final-sale merchandise.

Diamonds & Dingers may provide relevant order records, including invoices, tracking information, customer communications, design approvals, pickup confirmation, and other transaction documentation, when responding to a payment dispute.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights a customer may have under applicable law or through their card issuer or payment provider.

11. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be outside the control of Diamonds & Dingers.

Diamonds & Dingers is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery problems resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the package is reshipped.

12. Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for qualifying orders.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

Pickup instructions, location details, and availability may be provided directly to the customer.

Customers should inspect their merchandise promptly after pickup and report any defects or order errors within the time specified in our Refund & Return Policy.

13. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All purchases are subject to the Diamonds & Dingers Refund & Return Policy.

Custom, personalized, team, bulk, preorder, clearance, and other designated final-sale merchandise may not qualify for returns or exchanges except where required by law or where an item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

Customers should review the Refund & Return Policy before purchasing.

14. Product Colors & Appearance

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and designs accurately.

However, colors may appear differently depending on:

• Screen settings

• Lighting

• Fabric

• Printing method

• Dye lots

• Manufacturing variations

Minor variations that are normal for customized or manufactured merchandise are not necessarily considered defects.

15. Product Availability

Products are subject to availability.

If a selected product, size, color, or material becomes unavailable, we may contact you regarding an appropriate alternative.

We will not substitute a materially different item without customer approval when approval is reasonably possible.

If we cannot fulfill an order, the affected portion of the order will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our refund policy.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original Diamonds & Dingers branding, website content, product photography, graphics, custom artwork, layouts, and original designs are owned by or licensed to Diamonds & Dingers and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or commercially used without permission.

17. Customer-Provided Logos, Images & Artwork

Customers requesting merchandise containing logos, photographs, graphics, names, trademarks, or other content represent that they have the right or authorization to use that material for the requested purpose.

Diamonds & Dingers may refuse an order if there are reasonable concerns regarding ownership, authorization, legality, or appropriate use of submitted material.

18. Schools, Teams & Organizations

References to schools, teams, organizations, mascots, colors, or community groups do not necessarily mean that Diamonds & Dingers is officially affiliated with or endorsed by those organizations.

Officially licensed or authorized merchandise will be identified as such when applicable.

19. Promotional Codes & Discounts

Discount codes and promotional offers:

• May have expiration dates

• May exclude certain products

• May not be combined unless stated otherwise

• Have no cash value

• May be limited to one use per customer or transaction

Diamonds & Dingers may modify or discontinue promotions in accordance with the terms of the promotion and applicable law.

20. Website Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Commit fraud

• Submit false information

• Violate applicable laws

• Infringe intellectual property rights

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

• Interfere with website functionality

• Transmit malicious software

• Engage in abusive or unlawful conduct

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Your purchases will be governed by the Terms applicable at the time of the transaction, except where otherwise required by law.
